Andrew Collins started EasyMix Concrete in 2005. As a professional builder Andrew was becoming increasingly frustrated by the lack of flexibility and poor customer service offered by many of the existing read-mix concrete providers, and identified an opportunity to start a company where customer flexibility and satisfaction were the priority.
EasyMix Concrete is a volumetric concrete delivery business or ‘concrete
on tap’. Our business is based on the system of
concrete 
delivery used extensively in the USA. The two key advantages
of the system over drum-mixer deliveries are, firstly, the customer
only pays for what they use and secondly the mix, type and concentration
of cement and water, can be changed on site. EasyMix Concrete head

We use innovative and high quality volumetric mixing technology to deliver concrete and screed to our customers, allowing the customer to choose the exact amount and specification of the mix, onsite - as the situation dictates.
This flexible approach has numerous benefits over traditional ready mixed concrete, delivered by drum-mixers, that cannot change the specification of the mix once the vehicle has left the depot, and who charge for fixed quantities, regardless if it is not required.

Our Mobile Batching Plant(s) can deliver from 1-12 cubic metres of freshly mixed concrete to BS EN 206 standards, manufactured at the point of delivery to the customer’s requirements and specification. With this capability we can carry almost double the load of a traditional drum-mixer, which facilitates even more deliveries in a day then would be possible if we had to return to the depot after each job.
Even if a customer wants a different concrete mix to the previous one, we don’t have to return to the depot for a new batch of concrete, as we can change the calibration of the plant to produce different mixes “on the fly”.
